The only way to fully protect your skin is to block the sun while using a sun blocking cream every single day. You can find daily moisturizers with UV protection as well as foundation makeup with SPF’s up to 15. Sun damage begins silent and almost impreceptable, so while the veil of youth seems to protect your skin, the suns rays slowly begin to creae your face. This shows up in later life as crows feet, laugh lines, and age spots. Also remeber to drink plenty of water. Water is your skins friend and will help you fight the early onset of wrinkles, and while 8-10 glasses sounds like a lot the benefit of drinking it is undeniable. Skin needs plenty of oxygen to stay healthy and what better way to get extra oxygen than to exercise.

I’ve decided to give the Neutrogena Skincare challenge a go. I’ve always liked their soap since its pretty gentle on my skin and does not dry me out. I’m always interested to test out a new entrance to the look younger market, and I hope its just not a ploy to gain some market share off of their name and actually works. This means I have to give up my Lift Sp for 14 days and I am not thrilled about that at all. So we get to test two perspectives, Neutrogena as a long term wrinkle treatment and its effectiveness relative to cost. I don’t think it’ll do a quarter as well as my Lift, but I have a free dinner bet riding on it with my good friend Lorna who has her own beauty blog. I may even throw her a link if the challenge works :) I do love there Pure & Free™ Baby Sunblock Lotion SPF 60 which I desparately need after years in the sun, and my love of landscaping. Stay tuned as I keep you up to date!
